High On Persona had an exclusive Tete-e-Tete with Mohammed Al-Bayat, the real estate tycoon from Saudia Arab, whose love for luxury cars is so deep, that his Instagram is full of these car pictures. He has a huge fan following on Instagram. He is also a committee member of Super Cars Club. Read the interview below:

1. What is your first love real estate or cars? 
My passion firmly lies within real estate. I find many aspects of the industry fascinating, and in the end as an investor, it becomes a long-lasting tangible legacy. The success I have enjoyed in my career in real estate has allowed me to explore my amusement in cars and more recently, rare collectible supercars.

2. Your Instagram profile is full of white Lamborghini, share a memory of yours related to this beautiful car of yours? 
The white Lamborghini Roadster I currently own features quite prominently on my Instagram account. It is a 50th Anniversary collectors edition, number 93 of only 100-unit production run – and is sometimes referred to as having the panda spec. This is the third Aventador I have been fortunate enough to own. The previous two were not part of any limited series so I really used those comparably more than the panda. I am counting every kilometre on this car as I don’t want to clock up the mileage. This car is as much an investment as it is a supercar to be enjoyed. So I feel every moment in this car is even more special than the previous two. One of my favorite memories is of driving the panda in London (UK) in the summer with the roof down along the River Thames and Hyde Park. It was such a thrilling experience that I often take it to London.

3. There is a very famous youtube song on ‘lamborghini’, have you heard of it? It has more than 187 million views.
I am aware of a few songs with the name Lamborghini. It is an iconic brand that inspires. No other car or brand in history can be called the ultimate pin-up poster car. From the Miura in the 60s, Countach in the 70s, the incredible Diablo in the 90s and Murcielago in the 00s; every model garnered cult followings with many kids and teenagers having posters of them up on their bedroom walls. The brand I feel represents passion, theatre, audacity, courage, and honor.

4. So, is it really tough to maintain a balance between your real estate business and being a committee member of Super Cars Club?
At times, it can be challenging raising a family while pushing the business forward and being a member of our fantastic Supercars Club. Finding and managing time is the most challenging aspect. Without balance and proper time management, I don’t think I would be where I am today.

5. Is anybody else in your family as crazy about cars? 
My father and my brother Bassim are both passionate about cars. My father instilled this passion in us at a young age. He himself has had a few collectible cars in the past, including the very rare and fantastic Aston Martin Lagonda Tickford addition which I believe was only one of five ever built. The car was produced in the early 80s and features very interesting and unique design language both inside and out, and has modern features like the rear TV screen and picnic tables.

6. Where do you see yourself in 5 years as an owner of a big real estate empire or as a holder of all the high-end luxury car models? 
In five years, I hope through hard work and dedication, my real estate business would expand to include more facets. I am building a team of professional consultants who are experts in their respective fields. My goal is to maintain my reputation and help as many clients as possible.

7. Who inspired you to enter in the field of real estate?
My father brilliantly inspired me to follow in his footsteps and has been an immense source of support and encouragement. Very early on, he persuaded me to change careers from stock trading and get into real estate. It was the best move I have ever made and it is all down to him. I have never looked back.

8. What is your client’s feedback about your business?
I am lucky in that my clients are fantastic people to work with. A tremendous proportion of my clientele is repeat customers who obviously feel like they have received exceptional first-class service. I treat them how I wish to be treated.

9. Do you plan to expand your business overseas? if yes, which all countries do you plan to target? 
Our company will be expanding into local and international territories. When the time is right, we intend to re-establishing a presence in the UAE – especially in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. In Europe, we have identified the UK and London as one of the safest investment destinations on the planet and will feature prominently as part of our future plans.

10. What is the most important thing in the business of Real estate?
The most notable quality for a successful real estate business is running it with honesty and integrity. Decisive decision making, straight answers and linking the right people together is important. Also being an effective communicator and grasping the art of being the best middle-man is vital.
